My experience at Sushi Yume was amazing! My mom and I came for lunch, and we were pleasantly surprised when they gave us a complimentary fried fish appetizer. The service was so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. I ordered the shrimp tempura roll and spicy tuna roll, and both were absolutely delicious. I’m usually pretty sensitive to the smell of fish, but everything tasted incredibly fresh, which made the meal even more enjoyable. I left so happy with the experience and have already been thinking about coming back even though I was just there a few days ago

I’ve been coming to this sushi spot regularly, and it never disappoints. The quality of the fish is always incredibly fresh, and you can really tell they take pride in every dish they serve. The presentation is beautiful—each plate feels carefully crafted and visually impressive. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere: clean, stylish, and very comfortable whether you’re here for a casual meal or a special occasion. On top of that, the staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Overall, this place stands out for its quality, attention to detail, and excellent service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great sushi and a pleasant dining experience!

I travel to japan pretty often for the food and honestly i didn't expect to find this level of quality in austin. the fish is so fresh and handled with so much care.. it really reminded me of some of the highend spots in tokyo. the whole experience was just amazing. if you're looking for real quality sushi this is the place.

"Incredible experience every single time" Seriously, stop scrolling and just come here. The quality of the fish is unreal—everything is so well-prepared and presented. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu, and the freshness is always 100%. It’s way better than some of the more famous omakase places I’ve been to. You can feel the passion the chefs have for their craft in every bite. Truly a fantastic experience and easily my favorite sushi place in the area. We need more spots like this that actually care about quality over hype!

This is THE BEST sushi in Round Rock. Hands down. It is a little pricier than nearby sushi restaurants, and the wait on a Friday/Saturday is usually over an hour during dinner time, but it is SO WORTH IT. The fish was so fresh. The crispy rice was so crispy. The nigiri was literally the best I have ever had. We sat at the counter in front of the Itamae and it was one of the coolest experiences. He was so skilled at shaping the rice, and slicing and forcing the fish. It was pure art. 100000/10 recommend this place.
